While I was out on a secret Tamaratattles recon mission this morning (details soon), Ms. Nene Leakes was back co-hosting The View to kick off Reality Week. She made a great fashion choice in a long-sleeved black dress with black lace accents and those gold Louboutins with the double ankle buckles. Actually, now that Nene is on the couch these are different shoes than the ones I thought. They are very pretty whatever they are. She wore the dress in the picture above that she was seen out in last month.
Nene didn’t get her question in for Dana Delaney but she got to do the Hungry Girl diet segment with just Sherri. Nene is a full foot and a half taller than Sherri and the Hungry Girl chick. Nene is less comfortable standing for an interview and doesn’t really know what to do with her hands. She is not shy about saying she doesn’t like what she is tasting (like the mac and cheese). Nene would not try the cupcake claiming not to be a dessert girl but dashed to the alcohol drink.
With the second interview, with Danai Guira from Walking Dead, Nene made sure to get her question in. She’s learning! The more practice Nene gets the better she is becoming at hosting. Good Job, Nene!
I am not a NeNe fan either, but I give her her “props” for taking advantage of the opportunities that are coming her way. As I’ve said before, if she can just learn to relax, be herself (maybe take some diction lessons?) she’ll be ok. I’m sure there’s a lot more for her to learn, and if she plays her cards right (and not try so hard to come across like she was “born” into that life) her 15 mins might last her a long time.

Is it just me or wouldn’t it be hilarious for NeNe to be hired at the show Star Jones was fired from?! The only housewives I’ve been a true fan of are Lisa Vanderpump and Cat from
D.C. but I have to give credit when any of them branch out and do anything mainstream.

I don’t particularly like Nene but I say get that money girl and pay your bills!
The more people juice nene up the worst she will get. A lot of reality stars have transitioned in Scripted shows like Tami roman, Dina manzo and even Kandi has done alot of other shows. I wanna be happy for nene but something about her can’t get me all the way there.
Yeah, Nene as done, Anderson, The Talk, The View and I believe one of those shows like The Insider. That gives her a really good reel to take to a production company. She really wants a talk show.
The interesting thing is that Brandi has done Anderson (with Anderson, Nene was with Rosie O’Donnell and Rosie sort of overshadowed her.) and will be co-hosting the View tomorrow. She has also guested at the table for The Insider. She seems to be getting herself in a position for a similar type gig.
I hope that secret recon mission had something to do with Chateau Sheree, Tamara! It’s time for an update, girlie! Lol

The View is basically this… take the most annoying women EVER and put them all on an hour long TV show. Does anyone actually enjoy that show? All the hosts are stupid and have no business even discussing current events. They make some of the most stupid comments ever.
I’ve seen 10-year-old’s express themselves in a more intelligent way than the women on “The View.” I mean Sherri thinks the world is flat. Nene tries to act like she is some sophisticated rich A lister. All bullshit and fuckery!
Nene would fit right in with the View. Loud. Obnoxious. Stupid. and Fake. Yep great place for her. Hopefully Andy kicks her off the Housewives and she can do some stupid daytime show like “The View.”
I’m not a fan of Nene at all, but I am fan of “The View”. Joy Behar is smart & funny, Whoopi is smart & funny. Barbara is an ICON. I can’t stand the other 2 dummies.
Even though I am a Nene hater too, she is at the table that Barbara Walters oversees. The guest host spot will add to a persons resume cache… and I am sure the hustling shyster like Nene is gonna work that angle for a future host gig somewhere down the line. Lawd help us all….
Whooopi REALLY likes Nene which kind of surprised me. She doesn’t even pretend to like most reality people. Sherri is quite fond of her too. If they were looking for a new person, they might consider her. Same with The Talk. I think she would be good in a group situation like that, but she doesn’t have the experience or the ….dare I say intellect? to carry a show by herself. At least not yet.
Well, well, well. She has indeed arrived! Good for her. Sheree must be chocking on her Wheaties right now. And, here she thought she was the star of that show. Ha! Good job Nene.
I hope they consider her for a spot on the view, I really do. She would be great in my opinion.
