Well here is a sweet Valentine’s Day love story. Ramona Rizzo from Mob Wives is getting married! She’s not going to let the fact that her true love is incarcerated and has at least ten more years to do on some cocaine trafficking charges stand in the way of a big fat Italian wedding! She’s planning a ceremony in June (which I assume is when filming for Mob Wives starts back) and inviting 500 guests. Apparently the groom will phone it in from the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center according to Page Six.
According to the Page Six exclusive,
“He didn’t want to begrudge me a wedding,” says Rizzo of her devoted groom. “He said, ‘Even if I can’t be there, have a party. I’ll be there in spirit.’ ” They’ll have the bash at Butch Yamali’s lavish Coral House on Long Island.
Rizzo says they’ll “pass around the phone” at the wedding for Sclafani to speak to her and friends. She says her “Mob Wives” co-stars Karen Gravano and Renee Graziano will be there, and her four kids have been supportive of the relationship.
“People should find their own way of love. I hope this inspires other people. We are praying for the best,” Rizzo told us yesterday. “If you love somebody before they got kicked down, why wouldn’t you love them after?”
She added, “Maybe the key to a happy marriage is not having a husband in your face all the time.”
So does this make her the only actual Mob Wife on the show? That is one way to insure your storyline gets picked up for the next season, I guess.
I really like the remark ramona left . about loving someone before they get kicked down so why wouldnt you love them after . i think her saying that shows how great of a devoted wife she will be .
I married my husband in a prison visiting room. Do you want the man or the wedding! She speaks all about this holding him down in prison. Sorry it wont last..She does not have what it takes. I give it a year !
Ramona – He does not love you. He loves jail. He cant stay out of jail long enough to know what a relationship is. Wake up. Do you really think he loves you? The answer is No. You think it is normal for a man to ask a woman to wait years for him? You are not the first woman he asked to wait for him… That ring means nothing. This is not a fairy tale. You will be a grandmother by the time he gets out.
Just what everyone woman wants, to get married in jail. Will their theme be black and white stripes?
So I guess for their honeymoon they will have phone sex. She’s setting a great example for her kids.

I suspect this is more for spousal privileges in regards to the current federal case that she & her fiance are entangled in…Plus she can milk it for another fake ass marriage storyline on her show? Either way she is a big dummy….

I guess since he is already sentenced?, marrying him so she doesn’t have to testify against him is out? *Smh* What ever makes her happy in the end I guess. . .
