After missing last week’s episode, I’m almost ready to get caught up on Vanderpump Rules again. It looks like Stassi is still with Frank. In fact they appear to be living together. Stassi apparently is one of those girls that has to have a live-in boyfriend at all times. Stassi and the minions have not made up. Overall, it seems that I’ve missed nothing.
Lisa and Ken are meeting with Melanie who is the publicist for SUR. I didn’t even know that was a job. Lisa is talking with Melanie about how great the reviews are and everything is peachy when Ken interrupts. Ken says that security walked into the bathroom and the other night and caught Jax and Lorilei naked having sex. Apparently this was after closing. The publicist says, “As your publicist, I have to say this is not a good look.” I think I could do this SUR publicist job.
It looks like Stassi and Scheana made up last episode as they are now eating a pre-shift meal together. One of the minions points out that Stassi is actually eating on the clock while she is doing all the set-up work. Laura Leigh and Jax are out on a date at Takami and she immediately drags him into the bathroom for, I assume a blowjob. Laura Leigh is totally into Jax. He is way better looking than anyone she has ever dated. She is gushing. Jax is not really that into her but he’ll take a blowjob in the bathroom. Laura Leigh has an annoying, squeaky little voice that would be enough to drive most men away.
Lisa calls them both in at work and says that they were caught having sex in the bathroom at work. Both deny it, and then Laura Leigh says, “We had sex at Takami!” as if that was somehow going to be helpful. Both of them continue to lie and the girl says. “If I were going to have sex in the bathroom I would lock the door!” That’s just like Jodi Arias saying if she had killed Travis Alexander she would have done it as humanely as possible. Lisa says, “If I find out this to be the truth, you will be out of here faster than you got in her knickers.” heh. Meanwhile they both know it’s true. And my bet is that it is Laura Leigh that gets fired. Lisa likes Jax.
One of the minions shows up to Stassi’s new apartment with wine to make up. The minion says she was trying to look out for her when Frank came into the picture. Wait, Jax gave their dog to some other girl? Tears everywhere. They hug it out.
Back at SUR Frank seems to have gone off on some patron cursing them out after the guy got pissed he was charged double for double martinis. I’ll spare you the word for word allegation, but I am now hopeful Frank is the one that gets fired. Lisa likes Stassi and Lisa likes Jax but Lisa doesn’t seem that fond of Frank or Laura Leigh. Perhaps she will make it a twofer. Stassi is planning on introducing Frank to her parents today. She’s been dating him for five minutes and it’s already meet the parents? Lisa wears a see through pink shirt with a black bra and a tight-fitting black skirt to the meeting with Frank. Frank also had an issue with Kyle previously. So Frank got fired. Frank is a douchebag. The lovely couple continues to lunch with Stassi’s parents (I actually think it might be Dad and Step-Mom) who are drinking tumblers of straight vodka and talking about how much they have had to drink since breakfast. Frank is thrilled to be around heavy drinkers and announces he just got fired as soon as he sits down. Dad says, “Great! Another unemployed boyfriend!” This is going well.
And my DVR forces me to change channels so I can’t tell you what happened after that. Me and this DVR are going to go a few rounds if this crap keeps up. sigh. So, what I miss? This show is actually half-way keeping my interest. Is anyone else still watching?
I think it is a given that the only people who will be fired from SUR are those who are not in the picture at the beginning of the show. I would guess that they are pretend both pretend and are actors who were brought in to make things interesting. Otherwise, it is just seems way too convenient. And if Stassi and Jax even ever were a real couple then I would guess that they probably still are and have been this whole time. Also, remember when Jax snuck their dog out of the apartment when they first broke up? As if Stassi would really let that happen. She does not seem like the girl who wouldn’t get the dog at the end of a relationship. And now he supposedly gave the dog to someone else? Yeah, right. I am really enjoying this show though. But just like with all the Bravo shows, I take a lot of it with a grain of salt.
That was my thought too. It was quite evident Lisa was not going to fire anyone in the group shot. which left, LL and Frankie! When the person she should’ve fired or even suspended was clearly Jack-Ass Jax for having sex in the restaurant’s bathroom, Shlossi, for ..being Herself, Lori Lee for being desperate forcing me to come up with the name LLFoolJay, for she and Jac-hole, and finally one of the Tom’s (not sure which, they all look alike) for creeping us all out with his Over jelled, hair and mascara eyes!!
Finally getting to watch and Laura Leigh or however her name is spelled has that “insane and not in a good way” vibe coming off her.
Oh and the dog wasn’t really given to a new girl. Jax still has the dog and I guess because he’s screwing Laura Leigh, Stassi thinks she now has the dog but I don’t think that’s the case.
Another oh and…that WAS her mom at the meeting with Frank. She was on last week, not happy that her daughter had Frank staying in her room in Vegas.
After watching this show, my opinion of Lisa is changing. I viewed her as this powerful professional entrepreneur, but this show calls into question her ability to be an employer and maintain a professional standard. Stassi (who is seriously in need of a lot of therapy), should have been fired a long time ago, friend of her daughter or not.
I was glad to see Frank dump that bitch Stassi. Vanderpumprules has turned into the Stassi show and I just hate her. I didn’t like her mother and father either.Bravo needs to turn it down a notch with Stassi because it has become the Stassi show.
I liked this episode the most.It actually held my interest for the first time since it has aired. I bitch and moan about it but I haven”t missed an episode.
We see pictures of chinless Stassi in her Goth and Kabuki makeup phase.
Then for her graduation present from high school they bought her a chin.
Her father carries a flask with him, so he is always ready for a drink.
Frank did not get fired (according to Frank) he was praying to get fired and he simple choose to be rude to a customer to get fired. You know why quit when you can burn your bridges along the way. So we got the whole 5 minutes of why he was not fired. But rather this was his way of working The Secret (or whatever that book was a few years back). Oh and he is a commercial real estate guy now and that is what he really cares about. And then he kicks Stassi to the curb because he doesn’t have time to be her assistant anymore.
Then we got the awesome previews for next week, Laura Leigh starts to go all Glenn Close Fatal Attraction on Jax.
It looks awesome, so better get that DVR in order by next week.
We learn that Frank thinks Stas has pretty girl syndrome but actually has formerly chinless syndrome.
Frank is definitely Douchey McDouche Bag. HowINsoever, I ABSOLUTELY LURV THAT HE STOOD UP TO STASSI and dumped her lil butt. She is super bitch and reminds of another reality TV character that I dislike. She is self-absorbed but lacks any self-awareness or confidence. The source of her power rests in domineering and bullying others. She is a little girl who thinks she knows it all and those are amongst the worse kind of little girls. So goodbye and good riddens to Frank but I’m so glad he put her in her place. The reason why she will continue to attract a loser like Jax is because he is the onliest (yes, indeed I said onliest LOL) dude that would ever tolerate her particular brand of bullshit. I don’t feel sorry for either one of them – they totally deserve each other…
