Back when Paul and Adrienne announced a settlement in their divorce and Paul got off the tabloid circuit while Adrienne just kept on calling TMZ, I wondered if Paul had been paid off by Adrienne. Well, that may have happened but apparently whatever the settlement was, it’s not stopping him from suing asshole Chef Bernie! Remember when we used to laugh at Bernie hiding around the corners snooping while filming was going on? I just assumed it was a set up joke by Bravo that Bernie looked like such a creeper. Apparently, that was not the case.
Today TMZ is reporting that Paul is suing Bernie for the Facebook pictures he claimed showed that Adrienne had been abused. Eventually, that Facebook page went down entirely. According to TMZ, Paul is also suing for extortion claiming that when Paul’s lawyers went after Bernie, he was dumb enough to call Paul and leave a text telling him to leave him alone, and reminding him he had witnessed Paul beating Adrienne, the boys and the animals in his house.
You go Paul. Sue that creep for every dollar he has.

Now I think Brandi should step up and Sue Bernie as well as Adrienne for all the crap they have said about her publicly!
Perhaps Lisa should step up and sue Bernie for all the crap he said on FB and sold to the tabloids.

I just saw this. Bernie was always so icky. He and Adrienne are two peas in a pod. I guess Paul can’t go after Adrienne, so he needs to go after the person who did her dirty work.

What Brandi said was, indeed TRUE, so no grounds for lawsuit – but what Adrianne said was cruel, gossip, and pure slander and harrassment, which is grounds for a lawsuit. When Adrianne and Bernie posted those pics – and yes, I totally believe she was in on that and how disgusting her chef would see pics like that of his employer – really!!!! But that just shows the trashy and complete evil of Adrianne and Bernie. That ugly woman is creey and without her money…..she is nothing. IMO really even with her money I still think she is a big ugly, fake loser.
I liked the chef guy. I haven’t followed this stuff. But how is reminding Paul that he witnesses him abusing he’s family extortion? Did he abuse his family?
I think the Bernie thing is what set me to hating Lisa. She and ken treated him like hit, including having their mangy mutt at the table. And then Lisa not knowing him at her restaurant? It mad me realize that she probably treats anyone in her service like shit. The restaurant crew on the show notwithstanding. That being staged.
Have you recently had a lobotomy? Of course Paul didn’t abuse anyone. And Lisa hating Bernie in hindsight seems to be simply a good judge of character. Especially since Adrienne was apparently confiding all of her “friends” personal information to the help. As for her treatment of he waitstaff, it’s clear she lets them get away with murder because most of them are friends of Pandora. Her other others want to fire them all and start over. Taking someone off the schedule for their birthday weekend hardly seems like a punishment.

No, Giggy had a separate glass and it was water, not a martini. i keep a glass of water next to me on the bed side table. Last year, I woke up to see my cat drinking from it. She probably has been doing this for years!

I agree about the damn dog at the table. Pu-leeeze! Rude of Lisa and Ken. I also think they treated Bernie like a servant-and obviously Adrienne doesn’t. Different strokes for different folks, but I can definitely see feeling slighted if I were Bernie.
I also think Bernie has worked for the Maloof family for a long time, maybe even before Adrienne and Paul’s marriage, so I’m not surprised his loyalties lie with Adrienne.
Loyalty is one thing but planting false stories about husbands and friends is despicable. He takes his cues from Adrienne. I doubt most accomplished chefs would agree to do things like this…it’s way beyond the job description of a chef.
We never saw Lisa interact with him except when he showed up at her restaurant. All we saw was his complete disdain for her over several episodes and yet he showed up at her restaurant opening.
Now I completely believe Brandi when she says that Adrienne tried to get her to tweet things about Lisa. Adrienne’s the type to throw a rock and hide her hand!! Bernie has to be independently wealthy aside from being a chef or incredibly stupid! Confidentiality is everything within those circles. He’ll never work in that town again!! SMH!!
Chef Bernie is a little weasel. I’ve always wondered why RuPaul was his +1 when there was a dinner party at SUR last season (or the season before?). I love RuPaul and detest Chef Bernie. He’s so beneath her.

Has anyone else watched the previews that are up on bravo? The one that Brandy says to Adrienne at the upcoming Tea Party that Bernie had been telling media outlets about Brandy being a bad mother and that Brandy called Adrienne to let her know what was going on. Adrienne is continuing to lie.
Oh Miss Bernie should learn her “proper” place from watching Downton Abbey. She’s a SERVANT for goodness’s sakes and should keep her wide ass below stairs. It is not her job to have an opinion of the guests that she SERVES. Keep it real gurl only Kenya Moore can twirl.
