Last Wednesday, while those of us in the south were dodging deadly tornados all day, Lisa Vanderpump, and her waitresses Scheana and Stassi were tweeting about being on The View. I was sure I was missing it all because of dramatic weather programming on every channel. As it turns out, The View did their double filming day on Wednesday rather than Thursday this week so that everyone could get to the Superbowl or something. So today is the day and so far there has been no interruption in programming. Yay!

Lisa struts out in all pink from head to toe. Giggy did not make the trip, he is home with Ken.  Sherri asks if all of Lisa’s money comes from her two restaurants. Lisa say she has had 26 bars and restaurants and has sold out a few times.  When they moved to Los Angeles they had to invest to get a work visa. Pandora wanted to go to Pepperdine and they followed to LA and opened up Sur.  Lisa says that this week Camille is saying she doesn’t own SUR.  Joy brings up that Lisa says on the show she doesn’t want to have sex. Lisa says it is a joke mostly, but she has been married to him for thirty years she says maybe it is the British thing in her but I don’t like to talk about it and I like to keep him grateful. Everything is working perfectly, don’t worry.

They panel asks how Lisa keeps her cool in all the drama and Lisa says at times like the reunion when everyone gangs up on me it’s a bit difficult. Lisa says generally she is a bit level-headed. Whoopi Goldberg asks, ” Why is Faye Resnick on that show?” Lisa says, “Who?”  then she smiles and says, “right? exactly. I don’t know.”

Elisabeth asks about THE BIG SECRET that Bravo chose not to air, “will that get out?”  Lisa says no, she thinks (Bravo?) has decided to keep that quiet. Lisa refuses to disclose the secret. They ask if Lisa and Adrienne have reconciled and Lisa says that it was difficult for her to move past the accusations of tabloid story selling but she has moved on and that watching the breakup of Adrienne’s marriage has been hard to watch.  Whoopi asks about Giggy and his work with kids with alopecia.

Next up, Stassi and Scheana! Elisabeth asks about Scheana meeting with Brandi for closure. Scheana and Brandi are fine now. Sort of. I believe cordial is the agreed upon word. It looks like Scheana and Stassi are friends now too although Stassi is using the whole “you’ll have to watch to find out” line. Thankfully, for you guys I am still willing to do the watching for you. I have to say, Lisa is very good on the interview couch and leads the interviewer right down the garden path she wants them to walk down. Case in point, she managed to make Camille look foolish without even being asked about her.
