The New York Daily News is reporting that RHONY’s drunken duo Ramonja’s behavior in St. Barts was much worse than what was shown on the show. I know there are some of you that think that Ramonja’s behavior was “just women letting loose on vacation.” But since they have returned there have been all sorts of allegations that what we saw was just the tip of the iceberg. Personally, I’d be horrified if my drunken antics (er…not that I have drunken antics) were aired on national TV but for Ramonja that’s just a regular Monday night it seems.
NY Daily news quotes an anonymous source saying, “Sonja was straddling cameras naked.” And that Ramona, “almost broke one of the cameras when she was drinking after hurling an object at the equipment.” Somehow I don’t find this information startling. Wasn’t it Heather who was talking about seeing Sonja’s vagina and tits the whole week?
According to the source, Ramonja got wasted beyond belief and, “locked themselves in their room and locked the crew out. It became an issue with the crew, because the room was actually set property, since it’s a reality show.” After that, production had to have a little sit down with Ramonja with the camera’s rolling and a live feed streaming back to the production crew in NYC (with Andy???). It seems that two grown women who are veterans of reality TV had to be lectured on how to behave and how to treat the crew while filming. Money can’t buy you class, indeed. Perhaps Aviva was trying to let Sonja know she needs some help at their ill-fated luncheon on the last episode? How many times is Ramona going to be asked if she has a drinking problem before she gets some help?
How embarassing for their families….is all I can think of. Irregardless of what they drank/smoked, the cameras were rolling and they knew it. Let’s not make excuses for them by saying it’s just a few women having a good time. Whether Ramona has a drinking problem or not – she is inappropriate, period. I could be wrong on this, but they remind me of women in their late 40′s or so who won’t admit their age (or let’s say it – getting old). Sadly, most people who exhibit this type of behavior do it for a reason. We don’t know what that is, but being on a reality show certainly seems to kick them into overdrive. Sad, sad.
if they showed Lulu with another man then they would show Ramonja getting dirty-er. this is an Aviva planted story to try to discredit them like she discredited herself already. If Sonja’s as bad as she says why in the hell would she try to fix her up with her father? Or does she think her father is white trash too?
You can tell Ramona has a drinking problem by looking at her big beer belly. Ever notice how she seems to be perfectly fit, except around her mid-section? Ramona has gut and I’m sure it’s from all the drinking she does.
I so like Ramona and Sonja for the humor they bring to the show and their great ability to not take themselves so seriously. However, not knowing all the facts of the SB trip – it’s hard to be judgemental about their behavior on the trip. From what I saw prior to Phobic Avivia arriving the women were having a great time – what I would call g’friends cutting loose and hanging out. A totally drunk off your azz mom, older woman is not an example to set for anyone. If Ramona has a drinking problem and Sonja a problem with being follower – I hope that both could find time to seek professional help for their problems.
Ramona is a lush of the most obnoxious kind. I do like Sonja (with a J) but not when she is paired with Ramona. Ramona is toxic and I wish she would shut up and stop yelling over people while they are trying to speak.
It really seems like Ramona-Crazy Eyes and her side kick are using something other than wine….at least to me
There were rumors of drugs being used in St Barts. I was assuming some pot was smoked, but now I am starting to wonder.
well we know carole indulges….and it is likely the cause of her laid back style….the weed and I’m guessing she throws in a xanax or two…. ramona and sonja just seem to drink a lot…If they smoked they’d likely be alittle more low key
If this is true, then Ramona has a lot of explaining to do to her daughter Avery, On the show with Andy Cohen, she was asked about not being a part of the Countess video, and she said her daughter did not think it was appropriate. So I guess this behavior is OK, because it is seem by millions of people, and not just by people that look at music videos. Ramona is a lush!!! Jill called her out on this at the last reunion before she was booted of the show. Ramona needs to go rehab with the quickness. Her daughter must be so embarrassed by her mothers behavior, as well as all of the excuses she makes up.
I think it sounds like something not all that interesting that is being sensationalized…… it’s hard to comment on something you dont know the circumstances or see for yourself

Is that Sonja that she is hugging ? What is with the cellulite on the back of her legs ? A longer dress and / or stockings may be in order……that is hideous !
