Oh another thing I forgot to mention. Bethenny Frankel said on one of her promo tours that she wanted to have Kandi come on to talk about dildos and vibrators and stuff on her show. My initial reaction was, this is a mistake. I like Kandi and Bethenny but I don’t really see daytime TV as the place to talk about sex toys. The primary audience is moms with kids running around. It’s just not the time or the place. This is coming from someone whose collection of toys ain’t no joke. I may even purchase something from Bedroom Kandi myself eventually. I just have a personal dislike for phallic toys that come in pink and purple and other colors not found in nature. If i want to buy a fake penis, I’d like one in a skintone. ANY skintone. Not glitter. I’ve been with lots of men and have yet to see a neon pink or glittery penis. I always thought this issue was because men design the sex toys. But clearly that is not the issue. You don’t see Fleshlights in neon green do you? Sorry personal pet peeve. So anyway, Kandi has been out filming a Bethenny show. These are two very smart business women and this episode will be great for Bedroom Kandi.

I like bethany her craziness makes her seem normal. I watched a piece of her show on youtube and wasnt feeling it but i work all day so missinf it would not be a big thing for me. Kandi not that big of a fan. I want to like her but everytime i see her i just keep remembering her first season of atlanta when she cried all the time. Then that mess with kim where she let her stiff her on the bill for 'dont be tardy for the party'. Then when kim came in tour with her she was gripping to everyone else, but kim, about how she was treating sweetie and all the smoke breaks she, kim, was taking. The whole the whole thing made it seem like she had no backbone. And how many dildos do u need to make sing and who looks a dildo prototypes at a resturant besides kandi and bravo. Again i want to like but i dont believe she serves a purpose on the show. She talks about how she believes atlanta shoukd have a music housewife but her last album did sell well, her country song wasnt recorded and the person who won her little spin off has not been heard of since his win and no offense but the song she wrote for him was not good. But hey i have to give it to her since the music thing isnt working that well everyone always knows that Sex Sells very well.
I am not going to knock anyone's hustle. Kandi did not become a millionaire by failing … her albums may not be hits …but her skills in the studio and behind the pen are. I don't like Bethenny, but I have to give it to her for recognizing another successful businesswoman – and ACKNOWLEDGING her success. Whether people like Kandi or not, or her products or not – she is SMART, she is TALENTED and she has staying power. I love it.
