The child custody case between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka continued today with Usher on the stand again for the majority of the the day. Yesterday, Tameka’s attorney, Lisa West, caused Usher to cry on the stand when she alleged that Usher is more interesting in partying than taking care of his kids. She also asked him about drug and alcohol use. Usher also testified about taking his child back to Tameka with his new sidepiece in the car. Tameka noticed that he had parked down the street rather than in the driveway and she had gone out to the car to confront the other chick. An incident involving Tameka throwing a plate of food at the car was described. However, when I heard the story I had a hard time visualizing the incident the way Usher was describing it. There may have been a reason for that because today West asked Usher if the reason he did not report this incident to the police is because it never happened. After rehashing that incident, West returned to her strategy of attempting to show that Usher’s busy schedule is not conducive to child rearing. Usher has issues with Tameka’s attorney because she doesn’t let up. Usher became non-responsive to West’s questions and ticked off the judge.
Also, Usher stated he did not recognize emails sent from his account that contradicted his previous testimony regarding his schedule. He is not winning any points with the judge.
Then just after 3p.m., all media were kicked out of the courtroom. Not sure what to make about that. They were allowing people to tweet from the gallery (@HipHopEnquirerMag) and then suddenly, everyone had to go. Then about an hour later everyone was let back in.
From what I read he did not file for full custody he filed for more time with his kids.
You are bonkers. Tameka did not file for sole custody; usher did. It's so annoying when people flip the facts. I think they should coparent the kids together. And since he's a performing artist — worldwide, it probably makes sense that the children live with the mother most of the year to provide stability. The kids seem to love both parents and that's wonderful
Tameka and Halle Berry are silly. Tameka's denying the man more time with his kids over money, and Halle's mad she cannot control the ex-boyfriend. It doesn't matter if Usher is a whore, that dosent't change his fathering skills. When a brotha is trying not only be there financially and have a presence in his kids lives he is denied that. I don't understand some black women who do what Tameka is doing. Her anger stems from something else. Plus, if he was harming the kids in anyway then press for him to not see them at all.
He looks kind of gruff. I don't like his look, his hair, etc.
crying about him cancelling her SAKS account and supposedly cheating on her before the wedding with a couple of her bridesmaids has nothing to do with the children. that's tamekas greed. Second, if im your friend and slept with your man, would i really still being in your wedding? hmm…
Well from what ive read, Tameka is only interested in living the high life because that is what she is used to, not because its what she needs to take care of his children. Hello! she was fussing about him canceling her SAKS account. What does her SAKS account have to do with her children?! Then she doesnt want him to sell a house he owned before they were married. I say he gives her a smaller place where she can raise the two children and sufficient support and call it a day. But Tameka wont be happy because she wants the respect,money and deference she had as MRS RAYMOND.But what she doesnt realize is all this tackiness is just making her look low class and greedy. ha ha cant you see her trying to pull a Sheree? Oh Ush yes you can sell the house but can you give me half up front so i can buy the kids another house and end up using the $$ for her own lifestyle. lol
Usher is bitch made. Tameka is crazy but he knew that before he pumped out two kids with her. Now he wants to toss her like trash.
I'm not sure there is anyone to root for in this case.
I understand Usher wants his kids with him, but he really doesn't have the lifestyle to parent full time. He has a huge career and a busy schedule and frankly he does party a lot. Not to mention the rumors that he is… well anyway.I don't really follow these two and only go interested today because @hiphopenquirer was live tweeting from the trial and I love me a good live trial. 
So I dunno how crazy she is. But there are kids here that need a stable home and I think most likely the best thing for the kids is for Usher to get past his anger and set the bitch up in a nice environment for her to raise his kids and for him to try and be there as much as possible. Sadly, that does not seem likely.

I truly dont get it. In an era where men are not being there for their kids at all, Usher is being grilled about trying to be there despite his busy schedule? I mean yeah ok he should be bringing his girlfriend around all time to be respectful…but damn, he is trying to be a father. Its too many men out there who would rather be with new woman than their children. I know from experience. Tameka is just out for that money. I would believe her way more if she had custody and took care of ALL of her children which she does not….and oh please about drinking around the kids…what parent does not have a glass of wine around their kids? is he abusing kids? Do they feel neglected. Nope none of that. So this is B.S. but i totally blame usher because his mother told him about her and he ignored her and this is what happens. and on a side note, what is up with his hair? he looks like a bum..usher get a trim or something! damn!

What did Usher ever see in this woman? he could have had any other woman she must have put a spell on himshe had 2 of his Kids !
