UPDATED: New Update…more information coming in. Will let you know. Please go HERE for the latest. It turns out Sheree was in Puerto Rico!
Take a look at the picture below that Sheree posted from her twitter yesterday morning. First of all, let’s remember that Sheree lies even when she is caught. Now let’s look at exactly what her tweet said. The first tweet included the picture and said, “Relaxing in the sun while the kids play. I love spring break too!” When someone asked her where she was, she replied,”I’ve been on a week long vacation with my children in the Caribbean. Back to Atlanta in a couple of days.” Now maybe it’s just me, but I don’t believe anything Sheree says. Kim Zolciak and Teresa Giudice have both been tweeting from spring break with the kids. Both of them tweeted normal, believable tweets about why they were not at UpFronts. Sheree has been on twitter, albeit less than usual, all week, it was not until after Kim and Teresa explained their absence that she pipes up with the same story despite the fact we all know she is fired.
Now let’s look at the picture. I do a lot of traveling. Living in Atlanta the Caribbean and Florida beaches are very close. To me, that picture screams Miami, or at least somewhere in Florida. It’s the palmetto palm trees that make me think that. Palmettos are mostly in the southeastern US and the Bahamas. Also the lounge chairs are much more Miami chic than you see in the Caribbean, but that alone isn’t really reliable evidence. It’s also weird to me to say you are in “the Caribbean” instead of wherever you are. I always say, I’m going to the Bahamas, or St. Lucia, or Barbados, or St. Croix, or , you know, wherever I am going. It’s like saying “I’m going to Africa” instead of “I’m going to Cairo” to me. It reeks of someone who has in fact never been to “the Caribbean.” But wait, there’s more…
But let’s put all of my issues with that aside for a moment and concentrate on the picture. The picture was posted at 10:30 am EST which is the same time for most of the Caribbean though parts are an hour earlier. So it’s morning. And there is a glass of red wine. I’ve been known to drink in the morning at the beach, but it’s usually a mimosa or a bloody mary or banana daiquiri (GAWD I miss St. Lucia breakfast daiquiris) or even a beer if I need a little hair of the dog. I’ve never had red wine in the morning, nor seen anyone order it in the morning at any resort. But let’s say the picture was taken the evening before. I still don’t drink red wine at the beach but maybe Sheree does. Let’s discount the red wine too. Perhaps I’m being ridiculous.
