It seems like Nene is feeling some kinda way about my blog entry about her tweet rant reaction to her hating on all her castmates on twitter during the last episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta. Maybe it’s just me but saying everyone is full of shit and the Watch What Happens Live Polls are conspiring against her is sort of a hate rant. Judge for yourself here. So in a rare move she has taken to the blogs to explain her side of the story. In addition to the curse word ridden insults I imagine she tried to include, Bravo did a little editing which she addresses on twitter (see below). She has stated in a previous twitter rant that “the smalls” picked Marlo to be on the show. Also, it was “the smalls” that were chosen by Bravo to introduce Marlo to the group, not Nene. It does seem looking back at old episodes that “the smalls” were just fine with Marlo until she started hanging out with Nene. Marlo and Nene are pictured at left at a Birthday party for Nene’s son Brentt who recently turned 13. Nene says she had 30 kids and their parents in attendance at the party. Clearly Nene and Marlo do hang out from time to time off camera despite there busy schedules. That is assuming of course that the party was not being filmed for something. Let me take you back a few episodes. When Marlo was first coming around, she hung out with the Smalls! They loved her from what I could see. She was with the Smalls at the opening of Bar One where they all sat together and talked about me having a relationship with Charles…NOT! From what I understand and can see with these two good ole eyes of mine, they liked Marlo and were cool with her as long as she wasn’t cool with me!
I met up with Marlo to talk about all the gossip that was going on with Charles and found it was unnecessary to bicker over lies! They dropped her because she was no good for the plan they thought they had. They were doing what haters do, being envious, conspiring, and trying to figure out a way to bring you down! They wanted so badly to have me and Marlo fight over a man I was NEVER involved with sexually! They were down with her! Yes, I’ve heard about Marlo’s past, and everybody has one. Some worse than others, but she treats me nicely, so I see no need to not do the same for her!
After posting the blog, Nene tweeted, ” What was taken out my blog: The first time I saw Marlo was @ kandi’s b-day party! Funny how they treat her now. They were lovin her then.”
So what do you think? Are “the smalls” just hating on Marlo because she teamed up with Nene? Or is it Marlo’s background and lack of manners that really bothers them? Is it a combination of both?
I totally agree with the fact that the smalls were loving Marlo when she was first introduced. Phaedra being a lawyer you would thin she would do her homework on some "elite" friend she was introducing to the group. Now she has completely changed her story along with the rest of the "little" crew so… It seems anybody that is friends with Nene is going down! Crazy petty chic!!
Marlo is a mess and I love every minute of it. She's not scared to "go there" on camera and call anyone out. Sheree hanging out with drug dealers at Onyx! bahahaha! You could see the smalls panic when she dropped that! Wonder how Marlo knows Sheree's new man??? *side-eye*
No worries. You're right, it doesn't make much sense for Marlo to haul so much on the trip, especially since she gave NeNe a private showing at her home. But storywise, maybe Marlo lost favor with the smalls around that time? Sorry, elkaye, didn't mean to get all hysterical, but the world of the Atlanta socialite confuses the hell out of me.
Also, aren't all of her clothes actually donations (LOL!) from her 80-year old benefactor (LOL!)? (Sorry again. I'm really cracking myself up today.)
She sells her clothes/accessories online? But aren't they all supposedly designer labels? So she buys designer labels and then sells them online? Is this the latest thing among society women? But why did she have to haul that crap all the way to South Africa? Why couldn't she do it in the comfort of her own home? And finally, "SUBTLE?" Okay…
Ivy, I thought it was strange for Marlo to bring all that stuff too, but then I remembered that Marlo sells her clothes/accessories online. So it might be her subtle way of promoting her stuff to viewers, just like Kandi filming Kandi Koated Nights in her clothing store with a live audience.
Phaedra continues to show how fake she really is. She was all up marlo's ass at first, talking about how fab her and charles were…now this. LMAOPhaedra is a fraud ass
It almost feels like everything these women do/say is for storyline purposes, including the blog entries. And it didn't seem like Kandi was ever feeling Marlo, so why would Marlo have an invite to Kandi's fake birthday party that was taped for the show?
And my funniest RHoA scene of all time has to be the sight of Ninny charging through the bush just to make sure nobody was talking about her. I never saw anything move that fast LOL!
She may not be the devil, but she's a raving nut. There's something seriously wrong with someone who builds an altar to her "fashion" and then carts it all the way to South Africa.And after all the carrying on about "fashion" that these two thugs do, I hope I never hear that word again.
Its obvious they only have a problem with people who are cool with Nene. Its evident with Marlo and Cynthia. Marlo was of the elite according to Phaedra and now that she is Nene's friend she is the devil.
The smalls loves Marlo and pushed to get her on the show…just to start mess with NeNe. Wow, Phaedra is just as childish and silly as the rest of em.
