So last night, Nene tweets that she is going to bed because she has to get up early to the next morning to film. Today I was expecting to hear she did a local morning show or something. But I didn’t hear a peep until about 3:15 when Nene tweets that @kingdomlos had just left her house saying they finally stopped shooting (or did they?). The implication is that she thought they had already filmed everything for season four.
Then, Nene retweets a picture of her taken by a hairstylist who was working the shoot. Notice anything interesting about what Nene is wearing? That is the shirt she wears in her talking heads. Clearly, the dot connectors among us realize that the @kingdomlos, producer for RHOA was there to shoot additional talking heads for this season. Now why could they possibly need to edit footage to change the way we see things on the show at this late point in the season? Are they going to work in some orphanage donation talks? Try to soften Marlo’s image? Clearly, Nene’s new talking heads are needed for some reason. There is no show this Sunday because of the Superbowl. That gives them plenty of time to change the talking heads for the very next episode. That is the episode with the orphanage scenes. Nene seems a bit apprehensive about the AIDS orphans in the previews. Maybe she is asking for an image edit for that? What do y’all think about this most interesting development? EDIT: I see I am working with a different audience here. so I’m just going to hit you over the head with it.Bravo is editing the orphanage clips to include a way to donate. Expect Nene to have a reaction to the orphanage thing which is different from what is filmed and to see a place to donate. Wonder how that happened? Thanks Bravo,

I noticed that about the shirt too. Perhaps they didn't still have the other one and hoped we would not notice. This makes it easier to tell which talking heads are added in. 
I don't think that is the same shirt. It is similar in color. Doesn't NeNe's TH blouse have all kinds of odd cut outs around the arms and shoulders?Anyway, I love this blog. I read it all of the time.Madonna

I'm just so jaded now Tamara … it's all scripted, so I wouldn't put ANYTHING past BRAVO. They got me the first couple of seasons … but now?… nopeThat said, I have to say the last episode all of them – except for The Felon – had me cracking up in their Talking Heads pieces.
Phaedra has repeatedly said to the Atlanta press she is playing a role. That said, she is not having lines feed to her by some Atlanta comedian. The funny stuff is the real Phaedra.

I would be surprised if they did an edit at nene's request. I think your right, it could be to save face or update info on a foundation to give to SA orphanage. So far they haven't offered much in the way of "respect" to the countries larger issues. Sounds like she had a very long day. Might have covered a lot of ground in 6+ hours…I'm guessing they are also trying to scrub Marlo's presence from any more footage- she was not well received. (Although I liked her)

This is probably a REALLY REALLY bad time to say I have been investigating orphanages in SA all week and on the preview they have a guy talking from the orphanage with an overlay that says he is from "Charity Trust Orphanage". I have been unable to identify that orphanage on any of the searches I did.I did find that some of the Game resorts in the area carry tourist to one in Paterson, SA called Isipho, which means hope. It nearly was shut down in 2009.I had planned to post on this at a later date.. I dunno where they went for sure.
i hope this is true, and i have no problem with making a donation to a south african orphanage. i will have a problem, however, if i learn that bravo has not made a sizable donation on their own, seperate and apart from whatever is received from viewers. especially in light of the goldmine that the howives franchise has been for them. the backlash from the exploitation conversations will not be pretty.chitown shelley
I'm not sure it's true, but "sources say" it is. How awesome is that? I love that I can encourage ANYONE to give financial assistance to kids. Also, causing Bravo to reshoot something is kinda cool. Let's hope we see this in two weeks!

Thank GOD you are here! Nene has been defending Marlo (sort of) on Twitter though. It would be weird (but not impossible) for her to turn on her now. Honestly, I have heard rumors that Bravo um…"heard" that bloggers were talking about the orphanage thing and my try to make a last minute staging where they give a site to contribute to orphanages. I can't imagine where they might have read something about orphanages.
It's always in the comments that you learn that there will be a new talking head with Nene where viewers learn about where to make donations…to the orphanages of South Africa.

There are three main scenes with Nene on the next episode. 1) All the girls reconvene at Jade, a club after the party. Marlo makes it rain. (2) The orphanage scene where Nene seems worried about the AIDS babies. (3) A safari ride where Marlo is so damn loud Nene and Cynthia can't enjoy the beauty.Which scene do you think they had Nene do new talking heads for? I NEED YOU GUYS to help me figure ths out!
